Looking to make money online?

Your bank manager wants to talk to you. Your creditors are at the door. The bills are piling up and your cards are all maxed out. You turn to the internet to try to remedy the situation. Your wiling to put in the effort, willing to do what it takes just to earn some extra dollars. But, and it is a big but... nothing works! You just spend more money that you don't have chasing the next product that promises to stuff dollars into your Paypal account instantly. You have to learn new methods with each one, distracting your efforts to make some sort of money. I mean, there are lots of people making a fortune online, right?

If this sounds like you then it's time for a few home truths. There is no 'next big thing.' All you are doing is making another guru rich. You spend $47 dollars on their product and before you know it your sending them $19.99 per month for the latest, greatest... or, they 'upsell' you something for another $97, $197 or even $297 dollars. Ouch! Now I'm not saying that they are all wrong or that they are all ripping you off. I know some of them and they are truly trying to help people, but, and this one's as big as the last one, trying to find the right people to help you is hard work. You could go through a dozen before you find someone genuine, and how much is that going to cost you?

So I'll go back to the original question. Are you looking to make money online? Of course you are or you'd have stopped reading this blog by now and you'd be surfing over to YouTube or something, no doubt with some furry appendage between your legs. (Tail people, I'm talking tail here...geez.)

If you have the time and the stamina then yes, you can earn some decent money on the internet. It will be hard work. You can become an affiliate and promote the gurus that you're always buying from. (Hint : Go To Clickbank.com to do this. Or at least, you can start there. They are one of the best in the field of affiliate marketing.) This entails you developing traffic (punters, basically) to send to your chosen affiliate link/s. (Hint : Pick only one or two things to promote to begin with. You want to laser target your own time to get the best results and promoting multiples of links will be a drain on both you and your cash.)

Forums, article directories, paid for adverts... These are some of the ways to generate the traffic you will then send to your affiliate links. With luck some people will actually purchase the product and you will get your affiliate commission. Quids in, yeah... It does take a lot of work unless you happen to know a lot of people on the internet, or you have an email list the length of Route 66!

You can fill in surveys until your fingers are raw but you ain't gonna make a lot of money, no matter what they tell you. You can try selling on ebay or amazon but then you need stock and then there's all the hassle of posting and packaging. You could build an awesome website and promote affiliate links that way. Again, it's a lot of work for not much reward.

Let's face it. If you are going to do all that work generating leads does it not make sense to send them somewhere that is going to put money into your account? Not just some affiliate commission or some pyramid scheme that will collapse at the worst possible moment, i.e. just when you are going to get paid. Not something that will barely cover the cost of all those tools you need to buy to make it happen. And if you do build your own site then you need to pay for hosting and if you don't sell anything then you are once again running at a loss.

No. It's time for something different. If you are prepared to put in the effort to generate leads then you should be fairly compensated for your efforts, yes? Yes. So what if I told you there was a way to put $6.99 into your own account for every lead that purchases what you are selling. No fees, no webhosting, no monthly payments. Short and sweet. Nice.

How To Write Search Engine Rank Boosting Articles

If you want to write an article to boost your search engine ranking then there are 7 basics that you must get right, whatever niche you are in, or product/service you are selling. The guidelines below will help you tweak every article you produce so make sure and bookmark this page if you are serious about raising your websites page ranking.

  1. Keyword Rich Content - To explain, keywords are the terms that your potential customers type into the search engine to find what they are looking for. You should make your article rich in these keywords, you want between 2.5 - 4.0% keyword placement in your article for your particular niche. Not sure what the keywords for your niche are? Use Google's keyword tool. Just type, 'Keyword Tool' into your search engine to find it.
  2. Up To Date Information - You want to give your article readers the most up to date information on your chosen subject. This means you must do some research, even if you are king of your niche, there are always new developments, be the first to tell your readers what is coming up and you will enhance your reputation, and hopefully, your bank balance.
  3. Site Relevance - Seems obvious this one but, surprisingly, many articles go, 'off topic', and this leads to confusion, hesitation and usually swift abandonment by your potential readers/customers. Don't start telling people your car has broken down or your auntie is not feeling well. If it is not relevant to the website you are linking back to then don't put it in. Keep that sort of stuff for the social media sites.
  4. Easy To Read - This is a must and there is an easy way to tell if your finished article is easy to read. First of all, read it out loud. If you stumble and hesitate then you need to do a rewrite. Once you've done that, at least once, get a family member or good friend to read it out loud too, preferably one that is a good reader. Have a copy yourself and mark any points that they stumble or hesitate on. Rewrite again, if necessary.
  5. Make It Entertaining - If your article is 'Dullsville City' then nobody is going to read the whole thing and they sure ain't going to click on your link for more of the same. You need to inject, ' YOU ', into the article. Write it as though you are telling it to your best mate and you won't go far wrong.
  6. Offer A Solution - Okay, you know your niche or your product/service. Check on related forums for the most common questions about your niche and answer the most often asked one in your article. This is give and take - you give a solution and hopefully take them to your website/product/service. Providing a solution alongside entertaining information will give you an article that people will not only enjoy reading but will make them feel satisfied at gaining knowledge they may have been desperate to know. This will encourage them to click your links to find out more of what they want.
  7. Keep It Tight - And no, I don't mean drape it in hosiery. Once you have completed steps 1 - 6 you would do well to put your article aside for at least a day, more if you can resist it. Why would you want to do this instead of getting it out there, quick style. It's simple. As I said before, Your Reputation rests on it. In the heat of the writing you may have inadvertently put something in that either doesn't make sense or that isn't relative to what you want to say. It might sound good at the time you write it but, after a few days, it will be glaringly obvious. Edit anything like that out. It is superfluous.
So there you have it. Some basic guidelines to help you write quality search engine rank boosting articles. Remember, your credibility, reputation and indeed, your whole business could rest on the quality of your last article, so make sure it is the best article that you can produce.

Got A Camera ??? Get Paid...

You might think that only professional people can get paid for taking photographs but I'm here to tell you that that is no longer the case. With the proliferation of newspapers and magazines out there, you can cash in on their need for photographs.

The question is - Are your pictures good enough?

That is for you to decide, or maybe your friends and family. If you can get creative or if you have a good eye for a scene or if you happen to spot celebrities a lot then there are companies willing to pay you for these shots. (especially if the celebrities are up to mischief)

You can send your prints in to certain companies and they will make them available to a huge amount of people any of whom can purchase the use of your shot and you get paid! Brilliant!
or
You can send them direct to publications and take your chances that they might use one or more of them and once again, you get paid! Equally Brilliant!

But is it that easy? Who exactly do you send them to? How do you send them?

You can get answers to all these questions and more here

You can earn a good second income doing this as a part time hobby, if you know how. There are thousands of people doing it quietly, on the side, but they ain't telling you jack! Click the link above and start investing in your future.

Yours
